The next stage in Air-IT’s ambitious expansion plans has come to fruition as we announce our acquisition of Nottingham based communications provider, Managed Business Communications Ltd (MBC). The acquisition will take effect from 7th May 2013, when MBC will move into an Air-IT owned, adjoining premises at Nottingham Business Park.

The acquisition means that we’ll be able to offer a complete solution for all business phone and IT support needs to companies in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and the wider Midlands. Our clients will benefit from a fully-converged IT and telecoms solution, provided by two leading local providers who are both specialists in their fields.

After the transfer, MBC will continue to trade under its own name. Former Managing Director Simon Leadley will become Sales Director for both businesses, whilst Todd will add Managing Director duties for MBC to his existing role.
